About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 30 September 2026E-Harbour Amstelkwartier is the first zero-emission marina in the Netherlands and the very first E-Harbour built in the country. It lies in the new Amstelkwartier district close to the Amstel river and offers 65 berths for electrically powered passenger vessels such as sloops, salon boats and tour boats up to 20 metres in length.
The marina is tailored to commercial shipping companies and boat-rental operators, with a powerful smart-charging electricity infrastructure that lets many electric boats charge at once. A drinking-water installation lets you fill your boat's water tank, and waste containers are emptied regularly. Some berths are reserved for floating storage and supply stations.
The marina is within walking distance of the Overamstel and Spaklerweg metro stations and the Amsterdam-Amstel railway station, and it is also easily reached by bike or car.
If you run a shipping company or boat-rental business with electric passenger vessels, E-Harbour Amstelkwartier offers a future-proof home port in the heart of Amsterdam.
