The Centre d'Activités Nautiques de Ouistreham Riva-Bella (CANO) is a municipal water sports centre located at Pointe du Siège, Jetée Paul-Emile Victor in Ouistreham, where the Orne river, the canal to Caen and the harbour entrance meet. The centre faces Sallenelles Bay and opened in 2020 in a 950 m² building, the result of a project begun in 2010 that replaced the old sailing school.

The site offers large-scale sanitary facilities sized for 200 people, including toilets, individual shower cabins and communal showers, as well as individual and group changing rooms and lockers, also accessible for people with reduced mobility. There are also drying areas for equipment and wetsuits, plus a 500 m² slipway providing safe launching in the bay's sheltered waters, with access to the beach at Pointe du Siège.

The centre sits at the foot of a dune landscape home to 271 recorded species and borders the protected natural area of the Orne estuary with its bird reserve. From here you can join guided walks and discovery outings exploring the local ecosystems. Head out to Pointe du Siège to experience nature and water sports facilities side by side.
