About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Feda Småbåthavn is located on the north side of the Fedafjorden in the village of Feda, in Kvinesdal municipality in Agder county. The harbour is run by Kvinesdal båtforening and is primarily a local small-boat harbour for permanent berth holders.
To get a permanent berth in the harbour you must own a house or cabin in the municipality or have a registered address in Kvinesdal municipality. For visiting boats, there is a maximum stay of 2 hours at the service jetty, and in addition there are 3 weekly berths right at the innermost part of the harbour for 250 NOK per week. There is a slipway (slippbua) close to the service jetty.
The service building offers access to toilets and showers. Shore power is available at the larger berths, and fresh water is also available in the harbour. In the surrounding area there is also petrol and diesel, a grocery store, a bus connection and a post office.
Feda was historically an important trading place with a good harbour for sailing ships, where Dutch ships used to call, and one of Norway's first post offices was established here in the 17th century. In the village you can visit Bøkkerbua, the last remaining barrel-making workshop from the era of large-scale herring fishing, open to visitors during summer. There is also a bathing area nearby suitable for children. Berth in Feda and discover the village's old trading history and pleasant swimming spots close to the jetty.
