Flakkavåg gjestehamn

Onarheim guest harbor, also known as Flakkavåg guest harbor, is located in the village of Onarheim in Tysnes municipality, Vestland county, on the southeastern shore of the island of Tysnesøya along Hardangerfjorden.

In the harbor you can moor alongside a quay or a floating pontoon.

At the pontoons there is shore power and fresh water for the boat, and the docks are fitted with fixed tables and benches. The harbor previously had a new service building with toilets, showers, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, but the building burned down in connection with the large fire at Alsaker brygge in March 2025 and is being rebuilt, so these facilities are currently unavailable.

A small river runs out right next to the dock area, and there is a swimming spot with both a diving tower and steps down into the water for those who want a swim. A fine hiking trail leads up to Blåbærtoppen, and the local Joker grocery store in Flakkavåg, which runs a grocery business, is nearby. Moor up at the quay or pontoon and enjoy the sheltered bay, the swimming spot and the view from Blåbærtoppen.
