About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Sandhamn's guest harbour is located in Sandhamnsviken on the Torhamn peninsula, at the far south of Blekinge's beautiful coastline. The harbour of Sandhamn was built as a fishing harbour in the late 1950s. Today it is one of the biggest marinas in Karlskrona municipality, popular in the summer with boats from different countries.
The approach is easy and lit by lighthouses. The harbour has three large quays, the innermost of which is for visitors while the two outermost are intended for fishing boats. Depth is between two and four meters. Mooring is side-on. The visitor harbour office is in the main building at the far end of the quay.
At the dock you'll find access to diesel, electricity and fresh water. There are also guest harbour services with toilets, showers and a laundrette, plus a café and boat service, marineshop in the near-by service building. There's a chandlery and the boatyard can handle any problems with your boat. Bikes can be rented for free and are found on the quayside. Wifi is available. There are camper van spaces in a car park designed for the purpose.
Along the inner part of the harbour there are also 10 newly built fishing cottages with dock in front. The cabins are for 4 people and equipped with a small kitchen with stove, refrigerator and sink. Beautiful surroundings offer plenty to see and do. Tie up at Sandhamn's guest harbour, borrow a free bike and explore the southern tip of Blekinge.
