About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Hankø Guest Harbor lies by the strait on the island of Hankø in Norway and is known for its unique location and excellent facilities. The harbor offers around 102 mooring spots, both longside and slip berths: Dock D is reserved for boats over 45 feet, Dock C has 4- and 5-meter wide slips, and Dock B has 3-4 meter wide slips for boats up to 35 feet.
Harbor fees are paid at the kiosk on arrival. The daily rate includes electricity: up to 30 feet costs NOK 340, 31-40 feet NOK 395, 41-50 feet NOK 495, and 51 feet and above NOK 850.
Shower and sanitation facilities are available for a fee. Right on the water's edge sits Hankø Seilerkro, a maritime restaurant and pub with views over the strait, open daily from 13:00 to 22:00 between June 20 and August 10. The kiosk serves as the payment point for harbor fees and offers freshly baked goods, snacks, soft drinks and everyday provisions - open on weekends from May and daily during the summer holiday season.
Parking is available at Vikane on the mainland before crossing by ferry to Hankø (NOK 115 per day). Moor up at one of the docks, pay at the kiosk, and head straight to Seilerkroa for a meal with a view over the strait.
