Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Jachthaven Steenwijkerdiep is located on the edge of Steenwijk on the Steenwijkerdiep, at a crossroads of waterways to Friesland, the IJsselmeer, Giethoorn and the De Weerribben National Park. The marina offers 230 berths for boats from 8 to 16 metres, and it's less than an hour's sailing to the Beulaker- and Belterwijde.
Maximum draught is 2.30 m. All berths have electricity and drinking water, and there is ample parking at the marina.
The modern sanitary building houses showers and toilets as well as a laundry available year-round, and a small canteen serving coffee in a friendly setting. The marina also has a boat lift capable of hoisting vessels up to 30 tonnes for launching and hauling out.
Steenwijk's cosy town centre, with all amenities, is about a 20-minute walk from the marina and can also be reached by bike or car. Moor at one of the 230 berths and take the 20-minute walk into Steenwijk's cosy town centre.
