The marina has a 24/7 fuel berth with bio-free diesel, and electricity and water are included in the berthing fee right at your berth. Choose a free berth marked with a green sign, and note the maximum boat size shown on the signage. Hand carts are available for transporting luggage, and the harbour office can provide the latest sea weather, tidal and current information.

The sanitary facilities include modern showers, toilets and disabled-accessible facilities, plus washing machines and dryers that operate cashlessly. Pump-out is handled in an environmentally friendly way, and free wifi covers the whole marina area. For relaxation there's a children's playground, grill areas, a boules court and a dog meadow just outside the marina grounds. Restaurant "Oberdeck" serves freshly prepared dishes with a view of the Elbe, and a kiosk sells breakfast rolls for a good start to the day.
