About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Jachthaven De Mars is a welcoming marina in the uiterwaarden along the Gelderse IJssel river in Zutphen, sheltered and peaceful, where both members and visiting sailors can stay safely. Rijkswaterstaat maintains the depth at the entrance and in the Marshaven, so the marina remains accessible even at low water levels.
Visiting sailors can moor at the new guest jetty or, for longer stays, at one of the berths in the marina, where the harbour master helps find a spot. The maximum boat length for guests is 25 metres. The marina monitors VHF channel 31.
At the new guest jetty you'll find free drinking water, shore power and WiFi (ask the harbour master for the code). Toilets and showers are open (shower about 4 minutes for €0.50), and there's a washing machine and tumble dryer available for a fee. The marina also has a car park and lends out a few bicycles for free through the harbour master.
The marina is located in Zutphen on the Gelderse IJssel, one of the Netherlands' most beautiful rivers, within walking distance of the town's amenities. Moor at the guest jetty and enjoy the tranquil setting in the uiterwaarden, close to Zutphen.
