About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Jachthaven Deventer is located on the Geldersche IJssel in Deventer and was completely renovated in 2015 with modern facilities. The marina is home to the sailing and motorboat association ZMvD, which has more than 75 years of history, and features a sheltered harbour basin where the association runs sailing lessons for young people every summer.
Guest berths cost €2.25 per metre of boat length per night, including fresh water, electricity, showers and wifi, plus a tourist tax of €0.54 per person per night. Discounts apply for longer stays and for groups of more than 5, 10 or 20 boats. Note that the depth at the harbour entrance may be limited during periods of extreme drought – check current water levels before arrival. Berth reservations are best made by phone or WhatsApp to the harbourmaster.
The marina offers fresh water and electricity at the berths, showers, wifi, a washing machine and dryer (€9 per use including detergent), pump-out for holding tanks/bilge water (€0.50 per use), and a slipway with ample parking for trailer sailors. The harbour restaurant Windkracht 7 is located at the marina.
The marina is within walking distance of the historic centre of the beautiful Hanseatic town of Deventer, which is welcoming ever more visiting sailors. Tie up at the guest berth and stroll the short distance into Deventer's historic centre.
