About the harbour

Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026

Jachthaven 't Leuken is a large marina with 450 berths, situated on the Maas river in the Nationaal Park De Maasduinen nature area, close to the German border. The marina has spacious, lit pontoons for boats up to 16 metres and offers direct access to an extensive cruising area.

As a visiting sailor you can rent a berth for one day at a time, though advance booking is not possible. Guest berths are found on the G and H pontoons, and you may take any box without a red fender. Payment is made via the payment machine at the harbour office from 12:00 on the day of arrival, and the berth must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure, with the option to extend. The harbour office/watersports shop is open weekdays 08:30-17:00 and weekends 10:00-16:00.

The pontoons have power and water points, and there is a pump-out station for bilge water as well as black and grey wastewater. The marina offers toilets and showers, wifi (for a fee), ample parking and a slipway. Within the marina you'll also find a watersports shop with equipment, accessories and expert advice, plus several specialists for boat maintenance and repair. The marina has been awarded the Blue Flag for safety, cleanliness and sustainability.

Just outside the marina lies the De Maasduinen nature area, the longest river dune belt in the Netherlands, enclosed by the Maas river and the German border - perfect for a walk after a day on the water.
