About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Kåge Båtklubb runs a guest marina in Kågefjärden on Näsudden, north of Skellefteå. The club is one of the largest boat clubs in Västerbotten, founded in 1963, with around 340 members and a harbour with room for more than 220 boats.
Entry is from the southeast, and visiting boats moor at the marked guest berths. The daily fee is 150 SEK, paid via Swish or bank transfer. The clubhouse has a code lock, with the code given out when the harbour fee is paid.
The clubhouse offers toilets, an accessible toilet, showers and a laundry (paid via Swish), plus a kitchen and a common room with TV and free wifi that usually reaches your boat as well. Electricity and fresh water are available at the berths, and waste bins are provided for boaters. The harbour has a pump-out station for holding tanks, a manual mast crane and a crane that can lift up to 7.5 tonnes. The harbour area also hosts a Skelleftebränslen fuel station with diesel and petrol. The summer restaurant Kåge Hamncafé is open throughout summer, and there is ample free parking for guests arriving by car.
About 1 km from the harbour lies the village of Kåge, offering a wide range of services including a grocery store (Ica), post office, bakery, pizzeria and pharmacy. Skellefteå town centre is 10 km away with good bus connections, and there is a bus stop by the E4 about 500 metres from the harbour.
