About the harbour

Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026

KCF – Kanu- und Segel-Club Frankenthal von 1922 e.V. is a canoeing and sailing club with activities at the Silbersee and Kollersee lakes near Frankenthal am Rhein in Germany. The club has a clubhouse with a hall seating about 100 people, a bar and kitchen, meeting rooms, and a boat hall with space for numerous paddle and sailing boats.

The clubhouse is located at Rohrammerweg 3, 67227 Frankenthal (near Bobenheim-Roxheim), and there is a separate facility at Kollersee, inaugurated in 2011, with a jetty, a tent, and land storage spots. Regattas are held from March to October on both lakes; keelboats and catamarans are not permitted on the Silbersee.

On site you'll find toilets and showers, a crane for repairs, a playground for children, and free internet access. In good weather the barbecue area can be used.

The Silbersee lies within the Pfälzische Rheinauen nature reserve and is 2 km long and 900 m wide, with rich flora and fauna. The Kollersee lies by the Otterstädter Altrhein. Drop by the clubhouse and experience the sailing and canoeing life at these two lakes.
