Lilla Brattöns gästhamn

Lilla Brattön's guest marina lies on the island's west side in beautiful Hakefjorden just off Tjörn in Bohuslän. The island offers a calm, sheltered setting with saltwater swimming and nature, and the piers were renovated in spring 2024.

Berths cannot be pre-booked – it's first come, first served. Price depends on boat length, and payment is made via Dockspot; show your confirmation to the harbour host if asked. Note that the guest marina is reserved during certain periods: week 32 (3–8 August) for the H-boat World Championship, and Thursday 13 August from 5 pm for a start/finish practice ahead of Tjörn Runt – during these times visitors are directed to take the ferry instead.

The marina has toilets and showers in the service building, plus water and electricity at the pier. A washing machine can also be booked. The kiosk sells ice cream and basic groceries, and for lunch and dinner you can visit Elviras Skärgårdskrog or Sjöboden, located right in the guest marina with the pier just outside the door.

The island also has a hiking trail around it (Lilla Brattöleden, about 2.3 km), a beach with a diving tower and sandy shore, adventure golf, and a wood-fired sauna. The island is car-free – drive to Almöbryggan, where you can park (free near the water, otherwise via Easypark and Parkster) and take the ferry across.
