About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Lyø Havn is a marina on the island of Lyø in the South Funen Archipelago, between Funen, Ærø and Tåsinge. The harbour has been extended and now has room for around 150 boats.
The entrance is unmarked, so once you are clear of the shoals Lyø Trille and Lyø Sand you can sail straight into the harbour. Avoid entering or leaving while the ferry is in port, as its propeller wash disturbs the entrance. The harbour master walks the piers twice a day - at 08.00 and 16.00 - to collect the harbour fee. In peak season it can get crowded in the afternoons, so it is wise to arrive early. If the harbour is full, you can anchor off Revkrogen and sail in the next morning once there is space.
Electricity can be connected at every pier, and water taps are available at several points around the harbour. The service building has separate toilets for men and women along with individual shower rooms. There is also an accessible toilet with shower that stays open all year, and the toilets are cleaned daily each morning. If you need to do laundry, there is a washing machine and dryer in the service building. Guests have free access to wifi in the harbour. By the service building there is a barbecue area, and across the road a small playground for children plus tables and benches for adults. Waste goes in the green containers in the red enclosure.
