About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Marina Cramer lies in the calm, tide-free part of Wilhelmshaven's Binnenhafen and offers around 70 berths for sailing and motor yachts, well sheltered from westerly winds. The marina is reached by sea through the Seeschleuse lock or via the Ems-Jade-Kanal.
Guest sailors pay 2.00 EUR per metre of boat length per day plus a 2.00 EUR electricity surcharge. The Kaiser Wilhelm Brücke, Deichbrücke and Rüstringer Brücke open in line with the lockings at the Seeschleuse; the bridges are operated weekdays 06:00-18:00, Saturdays 07:30-16:30 and Sundays/holidays 08:00-16:00, and outside these hours only on request to the bridge keeper at least one hour before arrival.
Every berth has power and water connections plus a side finger. There is a covered terrace with barbecue facilities, and sanitary facilities with showers/toilets are available to tenants around the clock. The marina has its own crane (up to 20 t) for launching and hauling out.
Just 100 m from the berth you'll find a bathing beach and the Banter See recreation area. A few minutes' walk away are the Kulturzentrum Pumpwerk, the Südstrand promenade, restaurants, the Nordseepassage and Wilhelmshaven's town centre with good shopping, plus the Deutsches Marinemuseum, Wattenmeerhaus and an aquarium with a play barn. Berth at the peaceful Marina Cramer and stroll the short distance down to Südstrand and the beach.
