About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Marina WSC am Neckar is a small, independent marina with a pontoon system directly on the right bank of the Neckar, opposite Max-Eyth-See and just above the lock at Stuttgart-Hofen. It is the only marina in the state capital of Baden-Württemberg, and the WasserSportCenter has operated here since 1998. The marina offers over 35 water berths for boats of 4-15 metres length, plus a large dry-storage area for motorboats, dinghies and trailers.
The fairway allows a maximum draught of 2 metres. Most berths are permanently rented, but a few guest berths are available, and the pontoons are fitted with both electricity and freshwater connections.
Ashore you'll find toilets, showers and separate washing cubicles, plus a laundry machine for sailing-worn clothes. The marina also has Stuttgart's only slipway on the Neckar, a crane, a fuel station, an engine and boat workshop, and a restaurant. A small shop sells sailing clothing and accessories.
Just about a ten-minute drive from Stuttgart's city centre lies the Max-Eyth-See nature recreation area with its protected green park right next to the marina. Berth at the Neckar's only slipway in Stuttgart and take a stroll along Max-Eyth-See after your sail.
