Marine Kameradschaft Hannover

Yachthafen Hannover lies in the heart of Hannover on the Mittellandkanal, canal kilometre 163.5-163.7, at Werftstraße 19. The marina offers both permanent and guest berths, and two new pontoons have recently been built adding four extra berths for sailing boats.

Guest berths have side mooring, fresh water and shore power (230V/16A); head-on berths are available for boats with deep draught. The guest rate is €1.80 per metre of boat length per day, plus a surcharge of €3.75 per person per day covering electricity, showers, waste disposal and fresh water. Pump-out is a flat €15, and payment can be made by EC card, Maestro or cash, all prices including 19% VAT. Wifi is free for guests.

Sanitary facilities with toilets, showers and a washing machine (€3 per 100 minutes) are located in the newly fitted sanitary container. The marina's own fuel berth sells synthetic GTL Power Fuel diesel (no petrol) and is open daily from 9am to 8pm during the summer months, otherwise by phone arrangement with the harbourmaster. The marina also has a restaurant ship where table reservations can be made.

It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, from where line 128 reaches Hannover's city centre in 17 minutes, known for its many sights and Germany's longest shopping street; tram line 2 stops at 'Großer Kolonnenweg' close to the marina. Tie up at the guest berth with power and water ready, and stroll the five minutes to the bus into central Hannover.
