About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026MBC Bad Ems is a marina at Lahn kilometre 124, on the right bank, right in the heart of the Lahn, Middle Rhine and Moselle watersports triangle, just 5-10 minutes' walk from the centre of Bad Ems and the railway station.
Water depth at the pontoons is normally 1.50 metres, but can vary with current and water levels, so always check on arrival. Boats up to 13 metres (42.5 ft) can moor at the guest berths, marked with a green sign; longer boats are asked to contact the marina in advance. Registration takes place at the so-called "rote Hafenpunkt". One night costs 15.00 EUR including water, waste and electricity, one week 70.00 EUR, and four weeks/one month 155.00 EUR.
All berths have shore power (approx. 230V/16A, though not designed for charging electric boat batteries) and fresh drinking water. Waste disposal is included in the berthing fee.
The centre of Bad Ems, with its casino, Marmorsaal, Kurhaus, tourist information, cafés, restaurants and shops, is 5-10 minutes' walk from the marina, and the Therme Bad Ems spa can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot. Moor at the green guest-berth sign and stroll the short distance into Bad Ems' charming spa town centre.
