About the harbour

Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026

MCP – Motorboot-Club-Pfalz Ludwigshafen is a club marina at Kiefweiher, Rhine kilometre 419 LU, situated in a protected landscape area. The marina has taken part in the Blue Flag competition since 1995 and is affiliated with the Deutscher Motoryacht Verband.

Visiting boats should first berth at the guest berth (marked 1 on the harbour plan), after which the harbourmaster or a deputy will assign a suitable spot. Registration takes place with the club host in the Clubgaststätte (2), which is closed on Mondays. The clubhouse is open from 24 April to 11 October 2026, with hours varying by season and day of the week; table reservations are recommended. The premises are secured with a keypad lock, and the code for the exit door (3) is available at the clubhouse.

Toilets and showers are available, along with a pump-out point for chemical toilets (6) on the harbour plan, with facilities suitable for disabled visitors. At the guest berths (1) there are power connections (CEE plug 16A, 3-pin). Waste is sorted into containers for paper, recyclables and general waste at the car park (4), with a glass recycling container (5). Bicycles can be rented at the clubhouse for exploring the surrounding area.

Berth at the guest pontoon, register with the club host, and enjoy a break at the restaurant before continuing along the Rhine.
