About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Morsø Sejlklub & Marina owns and operates the marina in the heart of Nykøbing Mors on the Limfjord. The club is affiliated with the Danish Sailing Association and welcomes members, visiting sailors and motorhome guests alike. The harbour is centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from the pedestrian street, shops and restaurants, and hosts thousands of overnight stays every year.
Visiting sailors pay the harbour fee to the harbourmaster, who does his rounds several times a day, and free daytime stays are possible between his rounds. At the service quay by the crane you may only moor while actually using the facilities there: crane lift, diesel refuelling, water refilling and toilet pump-out. The harbour fee for the whole of Nykøbing Mors harbour is collected by Morsø Sejlklub & Marina.
The harbour fee includes access to showers, electricity, water, a washing machine and kitchen facilities, as well as the club's large clubhouse. In front of the clubhouse is a playground with new play equipment, and by the pontoons you'll find barbecue areas with tables and benches for cosy evenings.
From here it's a short walk into town life: the pedestrian street with shops, restaurants and sights such as Dueholm Kloster, Dansk Støberimuseum, Aksel Sandemoses Hus, Nykøbing Kirke and Morsø Kunstforening. The free yellow buses can also take you further out on the island to places like Jesperhus and the Molermuseet.
