About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Glyngøre Havn is a cosy fishing and marina harbour with a unique location at the tip of the headland facing Sallingsund in the middle of the inner Limfjord. The harbour is divided into two sections - the marina and the busy fishing harbour, where mussels, oysters and fish are landed - and has around 100 berths. It attracts both local sailors from other Limfjord harbours and visitors from further afield, and is affiliated with the Danish free-port scheme.
As a guest sailor you can count on several guest berths as well as a motorhome pitch with a view over the harbour and fjord. The harbour fee is paid per day via Tallyweb and must be settled within one hour of arrival - guest boats arriving after 4pm are charged for the following day. During the season the harbourmaster can be reached by mobile phone.
The clubhouse is available to guest sailors with shower and kitchen facilities, and the harbour's own shower and toilet building can also be used freely by guests - toilets are free, while showers are paid for via Tallyweb. Free wireless internet covers the whole harbour, there is an environmental station with waste sorting by the mast shed, and diesel can be borrowed as a portable canister with an electric pump from the harbourmaster. The fishing harbour has a slipway for free use, and the harbour area has barbecue spots and picnic tables where people gather on pleasant summer evenings.
