About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Naturferiendorf Strasen lies directly on the Müritz-Havel waterway, on the southern shore of Ellbogensee in the heart of the Mecklenburg lake district. The marina was built in 2005 as a concrete floating-pontoon facility with berths for up to 28 boats.
The berths feature extra-wide individual finger pontoons eight metres long with 3.5 metres of water depth, allowing boats up to 12 metres to moor without difficulty. Shore power and fresh water connections are available at the berths.
Facilities include electricity and fresh water directly at the berth. A harbour master is available to answer questions.
The surrounding area offers walking and cycling routes, and you can join the Berlin-Copenhagen cycle path directly from the marina. Local hotels and inns in the Mecklenburg village serve rustic Mecklenburg cuisine using local produce. Moor at the wide finger pontoons and enjoy the evening sun over Ellbogensee as you plan a ride along the Berlin-Copenhagen cycle route.
