About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Yachthafen Emmerich is one of the largest marinas on the Rhine, located directly on the German-Dutch border at Rhine kilometre 853.75. The marina covers a water area of 150,000 square metres and offers 300 berths in double boxes for both summer and winter mooring, open all year round.
The marina is close to the border, so without a speed limit you can reach the Netherlands within minutes, where the Rhine splits into the Rhein, Waal and IJssel, providing access to several sailing areas.
The marina offers a 20-ton crane, a slipway, and a workshop for boat repairs and maintenance, with partners for engine service, gelcoat and welding work. There is also a restaurant on the marina grounds. Winter storage is available outdoors, in a hall, and in a heated hall.
The town of Emmerich is nearby, offering a rich sports and cultural scene as well as cycling and hiking routes along the Niederrhein. Moor at Yachthafen Emmerich and take advantage of its easy access to both German and Dutch waters.
