About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Jachthaven de Bijland is located near Tolkamer at the confluence of the rivers Rhine, Waal and IJssel, close to river kilometre 864 on the Rhine. The marina has spacious berths, all fitted with water and electricity connections.
Boats up to 45 tonnes can be launched and hauled out via a slipway, open from 9.00 to 18.00. Guest sailors pay €2 per metre per night for a berth, plus €3 per day for electricity. Free pump-out of chemical toilets is available for customers.
Ashore there is a 2,000 m² covered repair hall where boat repairs are carried out and, for example, bow thrusters fitted, along with the option of environmentally friendly boat washing. The marina has sanitary facilities, and eetcafé De Havenmeester serves food and drinks with a view over the Bijland from its terrace. Car parking is available for €6 per day until sunset.
The surrounding area, Gelderse Poort, is ideal for walking, cycling and skating routes, including well-marked trails such as the Pieterpad and the cross-border Eurobikeroute. Moor up at the marina and enjoy both boating life and nature in the Gelderse Poort.
