About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Passantenhaven Breda lies right in the centre of Breda on the river Mark, with two guest piers totalling almost 250 metres and room for around 40 boats. The marina offers calm waters and a view of the Grote Kerk, while the city centre, restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
You enter via the Mark under the railway bridge, passing the restaurant Baai, then under the Prins Willem-Alexanderbrug and the steel Slotjesbrug (both 3.20 m clearance). Moor to starboard on entry. No reservations are taken – berths are allocated on arrival, and you check in via I-Marina, where QR codes on the pier are used for payment. Guest berth rates run up to €1.70 per metre per night, for example from €11.90 per day for a boat under 7 metres. Access to both piers is secured with a coded gate lock and camera surveillance.
The marina offers shore power (16 amp) and water via I-Marina, along with toilets and showers. Waste containers are located by the toilet building at the top of the Prinsenkade Noord pier, which also has harbour guides available to borrow.
You'll moor right in the buzzing heart of Breda, with restaurants, shops and the Spanjaards Gat just off the bow – simply step ashore and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the city.
