About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Räpina sadam is a harbour on the western shore of Lake Lämmijärve in Põlva County, catering to commercial fishermen, anglers and watersports enthusiasts. The marina has four quays: two fixed quays of 120 metres each and two floating piers of 33 and 21 metres, and Lämmijärve can be reached regardless of water level.
The approach channel is at least 12 metres wide, and depth at the entrance and at the quays is down to 1.5 metres, though only 0.9 metres at the fixed quays. The maximum permitted vessel length is 23.9 metres, beam 7.5 metres and draught 1.2 metres.
On the artificial island amid stone-lined, curved breakwaters stands the harbour pavilion housing Sadamakohvik café. There is a fuel station (Sadamatankla) in the harbour, and since 2020 a parking area for motorhomes. Kayaks, SUP boards and water bikes can be rented directly from the marina.
Right next to the harbour lies Räpina rand beach, with a playground for children and favourable winds for kite- and windsurfers. From the 18-metre-high bird tower, overlooking the polder area, Lämmijärve and Salusaar, you can experience one of Eastern Estonia's most important bird migration sites. Berth at one of the floating piers and walk straight out to the beach or the café on the pier.
