About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Jachthaven De Oude Horn is the home port of Watersportvereniging De Oude Horn in Leerdam, beautifully situated on the Linge and divided into three parts: a basin, an old harbour and outer pontoons along the Linge. The club has around 300 members and supporters and offers just over 100 berths for members. The marina is a short walk from Leerdam's town centre, with shops and supermarkets almost right around the corner.
Visiting sailors are welcome for shorter or slightly longer stays at a well-kept guest berth. The harbour office is open during the sailing season from 8.30 am to 5 pm, and the harbourmasters are happy to provide information. The maximum boat length in the marina is 12.5 metres.
The marina offers all the key facilities: a canteen/bar/restaurant with a sunny terrace, showers, toilets and washbasins by the canteen, open throughout the sailing season. Behind the canteen is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. There are waste containers in the car park, a pump-out point for chemical toilets, and free wifi throughout the marina.
Tie up at De Oude Horn and take the short walk into Leerdam's town centre for your shopping, or enjoy a drink on the sunny terrace by the canteen.
