About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Segler-Verein Staad is a small, charming sailing club marina in Konstanz Staad on Lake Constance, right next to the ferry landing. Founded 75 years ago, the club is known for its sailors, its racing successes and its clubhouse right out in the lake.
On arrival you find your own free guest berth and should pay attention to the signage as well as the permitted beam, which is marked directly on the mooring dolphins. The first two nights cost €17 per night, and from the third night onwards €20 per night – both rates include showers, electricity, water and supply/waste disposal. Note that the overnight fee is charged from 4:00 pm onwards, regardless of how briefly the guest boat actually stays in the harbour.
The sanitary facilities with showers are located in the basement of the clubhouse, and you receive an access code for both the harbour area and the sanitary section when you moor up or check in. During the sailing season the clubhouse is run by the club's own members at weekends, so from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon there is good food and drink on offer.
Moor up at a free guest berth, check the signage at the mooring dolphins, and step into the clubhouse for some cosy weekend refreshment right out on Lake Constance.
