About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Skärhamns gästhamn (guest marina) lies at the innermost part of Skärhamn's harbour, in the middle of a lively year-round community on Tjörn. The marina is run by Skärhamns Båtförening and is open all year.
Anchoring is strictly forbidden throughout the harbour. At pontoon berths you moor bow or stern to the pontoon with a fixed mooring line, while at quaysides you moor alongside. During high season (weeks 25-33) you are often met by the marina's small guide boat, which shows you to a suitable berth. When the harbour is unmanned in the low and shoulder seasons, you pay via Swish according to instructions on the harbour office door. The guest berth fee depends on boat length and season: from SEK 140/night in low season (weeks 1-16 & 39-53), rising to from SEK 330/night in high season (weeks 25-33) for boats up to 10 m. There is also a day fee of SEK 45 (09:00-16:00) and an electricity fee of SEK 150/night for 380V.
The berth fee includes wifi (during high season), toilets, showers and a family shower, all newly renovated to a high standard. You can also do laundry using the washing machine and tumble dryer included in the fee. At the entrance and exit of the guest marina, at the far end of pontoon K, there is a free pump-out station, clearly marked with a sign.
