Södra hamn

Ettans Båthamn is located in Södra hamn in Luleå and is, according to the marina's own description, the most central and well-equipped recreational marina in the city, only about 200 metres from the city centre. The marina has a total of around 590 berths.

Boats moor to a pole (bom), and the depth at the guest harbour as well as at the fuel and service pier is around 3 metres at mean water level. There are 50 guest berths with widths ranging from 2.5 to 5.0 metres, and a harbour host is on duty during daytime from 1 June to 30 September. The high-season guest fee is 300 SEK per night, offered on a drop-in basis, as advance booking of a guest berth is not possible. The marina also offers 10 motorhome pitches right by the water, available all year round.

The modern Seaside Resort building includes a kitchen with pentry, changing rooms with shower and WC, and a laundry. Water and electricity are available at all berths, Wi-Fi is included with the guest berth, and septic tank pump-out is available at the service pier. An OKQ8 automatic fuel station makes it easy to refuel before setting off, and a playground for younger visitors is located next to the harbour. Restaurang Södra Hamn, with full licence, is situated right by the marina.

It is only about 200 metres on foot to Luleå city centre with shopping, culture and nightlife.
