STCI - Segel- und Tennisclub Rot Weiß Ingolstadt is located at the barrage in Ingolstadt, on a sailing water covering 75 hectares. The marina has berths for 26 boats and is run by an active, family-friendly club with around 70 members.

The facility consists of a new pontoon jetty right in front of the sailing clubhouse with 11 permanent berths and several options for short-term mooring. The Weststeg is mainly used for regattas for the club's guests, while a mooring field for 15 boats is reserved for smaller dinghies.

The marina has a slipway where smaller boats can be launched without a crane.

The clubhouse has no postal address, but can be found at coordinates N48°44'57.3″ E11°24'16.4″, in the recreational area by Baggersee, reached via Mitterschüttweg and Stauseestraße to a footpath and cycle path just before the dam.
