Steganlage Fütterer belongs to Ruder-Club Rastatt 1898 e.V. and is located on the old Rhine branch Goldkanal near Rastatt. During the summer season, from 1 March to the end of October, the club offers 28 water berths and 110 land berths for members' boats, plus a limited number of trailer spaces in the club's car park.

The club has a 4.5-tonne boat crane with a lifting frame, which can also be used by non-members by appointment with the crane master; the crane season begins in March.

Parking is available on the club grounds for both members and trailers.

The surroundings offer the scenic Altrhein area along the Goldkanal between Elchesheim and Steinmauern, with the club's grounds set amid riverside woodland.
