Strömstad Gästhamn

Strömstad guest marina is located right in the centre of Strömstad, within short walking distance of most amenities. The municipality also runs a smaller guest marina at Rossö in the southern part of the municipality, an old fishing harbour in the historically interesting sound between Rossö and Rundö.

The train and bus terminal is only 100 metres from the marina, with boat connections to the Koster Islands and Norway nearby. Diesel, petrol and gas are available about 300 metres from the marina.

The guest marina offers waste sorting, a pump-out station for the boat's holding tank, shore power, water on the pontoons and wifi. As a visitor you can moor for free at the day dock outside the Badhuset and the harbour office to sort your rubbish; a floating pontoon near the recycling station at the northern end of the harbour, below Hotel Scandic Laholmen, where you can sort glass, metal, cardboard, plastic and household waste. At Rossö guest marina there is a café and a small grocery shop.

Walk the short distance into Strömstad's shops, restaurants, cafés, fish shops, post office, banks and pharmacy, and moor at a guest marina with good facilities and easy access to the archipelago.
