Småbåtshamn

Strömstad guest harbour is a municipal marina in the heart of Strömstad, in southern Bohuslän. The harbour offers around 300 guest berths at piers and quays.

The guest harbour with its service facilities is open and accessible year-round. It is centrally located at Södra Hamnen, within easy reach of most things. You book and pay for your berth via the harbour's own website, and the municipality also runs a smaller guest harbour at Rossö in the southern part of the municipality.

The harbour has toilets and showers, accessed with a code sent by email, text message or on your ticket, included in the harbour fee. Fresh water is included in the service fee and available at all piers. Electricity for charging is available at a fixed cost depending on boat size, and free wifi covers the entire guest harbour. A pump-out station for holding tanks is located at Torskholmen, and as a guest you can sort glass, metal, paper and plastic for recycling.

It's a short walk to shops, restaurants, pubs, cafés, fish shops, the post office, banks, a pharmacy and the state liquor store. The train and bus terminal is only 100 metres away, from where boat connections to the Koster Islands and Norway are also nearby. Diesel, petrol and gas are available roughly 300 metres from the harbour. Tie up at Strömstad's central guest harbour and enjoy easy access to town life, all year round.
