About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Svinø Bådelaug lies at the head of Ellebæk Vig south of Middelfart, in Gamborg Fjord, and is a small, welcoming club with about 100 berths and around 160 members.
During the sailing season the channel from Gamborg Fjord to Svinø is clearly marked with red and green buoys, with a depth of about 1.3 m at normal water level. Depth at the pier heads is about 1.30 m and at the quay about 1.0 m. Guest berths are found at the end of each pontoon or at berths marked with a green sign. The harbour fee is 170 DKK, payable before 18:00 via MobilePay in the corridor by the toilets in the clubhouse; a shower costs 5 DKK at the same location.
The marina offers toilets and showers in the clubhouse, nicely renovated in 2011, plus electricity and water on the pontoons. There is free access to kitchen facilities, a barbecue area and fresh herbs in a cosy spot with tables and benches sheltered by a glass windbreak overlooking the fjord. Children can enjoy the swing set or crab-fishing from the crabbing jetty with borrowed gear. Drinks and ice cream are available from a vending machine, and the clubhouse has a menu for the local pizza delivery.
The small village of Gamborg is just 300 m away, about a 3-minute walk, offering a roadside stand with local vegetables, a church, a community hall and a larger playground with a ball field.
