About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Torekovs Hamn is the marina and guest harbour of the picturesque fishing village and popular tourist destination Torekov, at the head of the Bjäre Peninsula. The former fishing harbour is now a modern marina with plenty of room for visiting boats, while retaining the traditional character of the harbour environment.
Guest berths are primarily located in the old harbour area and at the western pier, while at the floating docks of the eastern pier guest berths are only available at the outermost section. The harbour only accepts advance booking of a guest berth for vessels over 18 metres LOA, with a beam of 5 metres or more, or a draft greater than 2.5 metres. Following dredging, the depth along the pier is between 2.20 and 2.70 metres. The harbour has no cash handling – fees are paid at the machine by the harbour office or directly to the harbour hosts.
The guest fee includes access to showers and toilets, fresh water, electricity, laundry and wifi. There is also a pump-out station in the harbour and a fuel station with diesel nearby.
Within walking distance you'll find a Maritime Museum, a nature reserve and a bathing beach right next to the harbour, and a ferry departs from Torekov to Hallands Väderö. A tourist office is also located in the harbour. Set sail for Torekov and experience a genuine maritime village with a documented history spanning several hundred years.
