About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Trysnes Brygge is a guest harbour and holiday resort at Trysnes in Søgne municipality, close to Kristiansand. The marina sits in sheltered water at the entrance to the Trysfjorden and was originally an old sailing port, from where timber and lobster were once traded to the Netherlands among other places.
You can moor at the marina's own guest pier, and there is good depth in the harbour area of between 8 and 11 metres. Port tax is paid via Vipps on arrival, and the fuel station has its own payment terminal so you can refuel diesel or petrol around the clock, all year round.
Ashore you'll find a restaurant and bar as well as a country store with a good selection of goods. The berths have shore power and fresh water for the boat, and shower, toilet and washing machine facilities are available. The harbour provides containers for residual waste as well as separate recycling for cardboard, glass and metal, and pump-out for holding tanks is also available.
Trysnes Brygge lies in the middle of an archipelago park with access to plenty of unspoiled islets and skerries. It's a short trip to Høllen, from where a small boat trip can take you on to Ny-Hellesund and Borøya among other places, and it's about a 25-minute drive to Kristiansand and 10 minutes to the nearest shopping centre at Tangvall. Come alongside the sheltered guest pier and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Søgne's archipelago.
