Vallhamn

Wallhamn Marina is a private marina on the inner side of the island of Tjörn in Bohuslän, sheltered and set beside an attractive archipelago. The marina has around 260 berths of varying sizes for boats from 6 up to about 20 metres, spread across seven floating docks (B to F).

The marina enjoys an ideal location just nine nautical miles from the sailing hub of Marstrand and six nautical miles from the start of the Tjörn Runt race, only a short detour from the E6 motorway and about 50 minutes' drive from Gothenburg. At the service quay you can load or unload your boat, though berthing there is limited to a maximum of two hours. The whole harbour area, including parking, is fenced with two locked gates and under camera surveillance.

The newly built service building between docks C and D houses toilets and showers, and there is a pump-out station at dock A. Berths are equipped with electricity, lighting and water, and wifi is available throughout the marina. Marine Support AB works alongside the harbour association, handling haul-out, launching and rigging as well as engine, electrical and water-system servicing and repairs of marine equipment. Trolleys for carrying gear are available at every dock, and a clubhouse is open to members.
