About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Vikedal Båthavn lies at the innermost end of Osavika in Vindafjord Municipality, Rogaland, right by the mouth of the Vikedalselva river, and is run by Vikedal Båtforening. The marina has a 200-metre guest pontoon plus 45 pitches for motorhomes.
As you enter the harbour, the guest pontoon lies straight ahead. Berths are booked and paid for through the Campio booking system – via app, website or the QR code on the harbour's noticeboards – with payment by card or Vipps. The rate for boat and motorhome guests is NOK 225 per night, with electricity an extra NOK 75.
There is a brand-new, state-of-the-art service building with toilets, showers and a laundry room, and water and electricity are available at all pontoons. The marina also offers wifi and a dump station for motorhomes.
It's about 200 metres into Vikedal town centre, where you'll find two grocery shops, a post office counter, a pharmacy, a cash machine and a food stand. Right next to the marina is a public, family-friendly bathing beach, and there are good cycling routes up through the Vikedalsdalen valley past the Låkafossen waterfall and Fjellgardsvatnet lake. Tie up at the guest pontoon and take the short 200-metre walk into town for supplies and a swim at the beach.
