About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Vollen Marina is a full-service marina in the inner Oslofjord, situated right in the centre of Vollen in Asker municipality. The marina has both permanent berths and a guest harbour, and a travel lift on site that can handle boats up to 50 tonnes.
Guest berths are booked easily through the Marina Booking app, online, or with help from the harbour host, and shore power is ordered in the same app. The new guest pier offers a 180-degree fjord view and late evening sun. Boats up to 26 feet can also moor in the older guest harbour by the restaurant, paying at a machine or to the harbour host (though no power is available there). The harbour is ice-free year-round.
At the guest dock you'll find fresh water and pump-out available directly at your berth, plus shore power. Ashore there are toilets, showers, a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a marina shop/kiosk selling boat equipment. A fuel station sells fuel year-round. For food and drink there are several options right by the quay, including Bukta Matbar, Brygga Bar and Café Penny Lane.
It's just a few minutes' walk to Vollen centre with clothing shops, a hairdresser, café, pharmacy and grocery store. The Oslofjord Museum is nearby, and the coastal path and blue-flag beaches are within walking distance. Bus and express boat services to Oslo depart right by the marina. Tie up at the new guest pier and enjoy the view and the late evening sun over Vollenbukta.
