Wassersportverein Parey

Wassersportverein Parey is a small club marina on the old Elbe river in Elbe-Parey, accessed via Kühnsches Loch from the Pareyer Verbindungskanal. The marina offers 2 guest berths plus any members' berths that happen to be free, suitable for boats up to about 12 m length and 1.10 m draft.

The entrance to Kühnsches Loch has a depth of 1.20 m at normal water level, and the same depth applies at the guest berths. During the season (mid-April to mid-October) the harbourmaster is on site from 6-8 pm. Reservations are generally not possible, so you simply moor up if a berth is free. Shore power (230V/50Hz, blue CEE plug) is available about 20 m from the jetty, and there is a water tap at the guest berth secured with a code lock. The nearest locks are Zerben (VHF 20) and Parey (VHF 78).

The marina has toilets and a shower (included in the guest fee), a washbasin and an outdoor cold-water tap. Waste can be sorted into yellow, blue and grey bins. There is a slipway for launching and hauling out by trailer, available by arrangement, plus a covered barbecue area with benches and tables on the green behind the guest jetty. Parking is available in front of the facility.

About 200 m towards the town there is a grocery store (NP with a bakery and butcher), and a further Netto store lies about 1.3 km away.
