About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 28 September 2026Jachthaven De Oude Horn is the home marina of Watersportvereniging "De Oude Horn" in Leerdam, beautifully situated on the Linge river, divided into a basin, an old harbour and outer pontoons along the river. The club has around 300 members and supporters and has just over 100 berths for members, with the marina lying a short walk from Leerdam's town centre.
The harbour office is open during the sailing season from 8.30 am to 5 pm, where the harbour masters help both short-term and longer-term visitors find a good, well-kept berth. The marina aims to remain the most welcoming and friendly marina on the Linge.
The marina offers showers, toilets and washbasins by the canteen, open throughout the sailing season. Behind the canteen you'll find a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. There are waste containers in the car park, a pump-out point for chemical toilets, and free wifi. The marina also has a canteen/bar/restaurant with a sunny terrace.
Shops and supermarkets are practically around the corner from the marina, and Leerdam's town centre is within easy walking distance. Tie up at one of the pontoons along the Linge and stroll the short distance into town for shops and cafés.
