Yachthafen Lübbecke

Yachthafen Lübbecke is a club marina on the canal near the town of Lübbecke, run by Motor-Yacht-Club Lübbecke. Sailors will find a guest berth in front of the clubhouse with a water depth of about 1.30-1.60 metres (if drawing more than 1.30 metres, please check in advance); a further guest berth is located to port on entry at the wooden pontoon, also with about 1.30-1.60 metres depth. Boat length in the marina is limited to 15 metres, and the draught is designed for 1.30 metres. Day guests pay €1.50 per metre of boat length started, plus a €5.00 daily service charge (electricity, water, showers, waste). A seasonal berth (15 March-15 November) costs €80.00 per metre started.

Every berth has a shore power connection, and water is available at the pontoons, though it is not drinking water. There is a pump-out facility at the service point for €15.00, and a slipway costs €15.00 for one launch and haul-out. The marina offers wifi with registration, sanitary facilities including showers, and a car park at the club premises. There is also an inn/restaurant (Gaststätte) with its own opening hours.

A bus stop is located about 500 metres from the marina. From the harbour you can walk straight onto footpaths running along the canal or cycle around the area. The town of Lübbecke, with its pleasant pedestrian zone and historic buildings, is nearby, and the »Großes Torfmoor« nature reserve with the NABU visitor centre can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes.
