Yachthafen Raunheim

Yachtclub Untermain runs a modern marina in Raunheim on the south bank of the Main, in the heart of the Rhein-Main region near Frankfurt am Main. The marina lies sheltered in a former lock chamber, separated from the main current by a peninsula, with 64 berths for boats up to 13 metres long. The season runs from early April to the end of October.

The entrance is at Main river-kilometre 11.2 on the left bank. The guest berths are located aft, in the front part of the outer harbour, with a total of 4 berths for boats up to 13 metres; two of them have no side pontoon, so boarding is only possible via the bow. Guests must register in advance, and berths can be booked directly through Dockspot. The guest fee is €20 per night including electricity for boats up to 9 metres, and €25 per night including electricity for boats between 9 and 13 metres. Be aware of the suction caused by passing commercial vessels when mooring or casting off.

The marina offers shore power at the berth, included in the guest fee. Near the harbour entrance there is a noticeboard with a key to the gate, which guests can borrow during their stay.

The marina is close to Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Mainz and Darmstadt, all quickly reachable by car via the A3, A67 and B43 motorways or by S-Bahn (lines S8 and S9) from Raunheim station, about 1.2 km away.
