About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 29 September 2026Ydernæs Marina, also known as Pouls Vig Lystbådehavn, is run by Pouls Vig Bådelaug and lies on the Ydernæs peninsula on Karrebæk Fjord, southwest of Næstved. The marina was built in 1985 and offers views across the fjord towards Karrebæk and Gavnø.
The channel leading into the marina is marked with red and green buoys, and you should only enter in daylight. The water depth in the harbour is around 1.5 metres. As a visiting sailor the guest berth fee is DKK 90 per night, or just DKK 30 per night if your home harbour participates in the frihavn (reciprocal harbour) scheme; an additional electricity charge of DKK 10 per night applies if you use shore power at the berth.
The marina has a cosy clubhouse with a kitchen where guests and members can enjoy their own food, plus toilet and shower facilities inside the building. Outside the clubhouse there are barbecue facilities along with tables and benches, perfect for relaxing outdoors after a day's sailing.
The surrounding area is known for rich birdlife, including several species of birds of prey, and the fjord offers beautiful, peaceful natural scenery. Tie up in Pouls Vig and enjoy the calm views over Karrebæk Fjord.
