About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 30 September 2026Darse du Porigo is one of two basins at the Port-Haliguen marina on the Quiberon peninsula in Morbihan, Brittany. The basin was built in 1968 as the first of the marina's two pleasure-boat basins, while the second basin, Darse de Castéro, followed in 1971. The harbour lies sheltered on the south-eastern part of the peninsula in the Baie de Quiberon and is a combined marina, fishing and commercial harbour that always remains afloat.
The harbour can be reached on VHF channel 9. Boats moor alongside floating pontoons, and anchoring inside the harbour is not permitted. Entry is generally possible at any time of day and in most weather, regardless of the tide.
At Darse du Porigo you'll find toilets, showers and a laundry with washing machine and dryer. Free wifi is available, along with fresh water and shore power (220V/10-32A) on the pontoons. The harbour has a fuel station with diesel and petrol open around the clock, plus a pump-out station for holding tanks. Waste sorting and used-oil collection are available in the harbour, and the technical waste reception point is located exclusively at Darse du Porigo. Bicycle hire and parking are available at both the Castéro and Porigo basins. Close to the quay you'll find the restaurant "A la Braise" and a bread outlet, and a chandlery is located within the marina area.
