About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedvia web search · 28 September 2026Frosta Brygge is a combined guest harbour and small-boat marina for cabin owners, located on the Frosta peninsula along the Trondheimsfjorden in Trøndelag. The facility is a newer development right by the shore, close to a bathing beach.
There is good depth for sailboats at the guest berths. You can moor alongside a quay or floating dock, or anchor and swing on your own anchor. The dock is exposed to wind and sea from the southwest to the north, but sits well in calm weather and easterly wind.
Right above the guest marina is a restaurant, and there are also hotel rooms available for overnight stays, plus a conference room that can be hired for smaller and larger groups. By the dock there is also a floating sauna with room for five people, from which you can jump straight into the fjord.
A bathing beach lies close to the guest dock and is popular among visitors. The Frosta area is known for its rich agriculture, including vegetables, potatoes and berries. Tie up at Frosta Brygge and enjoy the view over the Trondheimsfjorden from the quayside.
