Hälsö hamn

Hälsö hamn is a Swedish guest marina on the island of Hälsö in Öckerö municipality on the Swedish west coast, with room for 20-30 visiting boats. The entire inner floating pontoon serves as the guest berth, and green-marked fixed berths can also be used by guests. The marina is open all year, though service varies by season: in high season (June-August) the harbour office, toilets and showers are open, while outside high season only toilets, electricity and waste disposal are available at the stopover area. Payment is made by scanning a QR code with your phone and paying by card. The marina offers toilets and showers, electricity subject to availability, fresh water (not in winter), pump-out for holding tanks, a slipway for launching trailer boats for a fee, and grill and seating areas. Right next to the marina you'll find Hälsö Brygga, a café and restaurant with a liquor licence and often live music, as well as the harbour office. The marina also has mini-golf and a pétanque court, and a 2.5-kilometre exercise trail runs around the island's northern part with views over the northern islands and Marstrand. A newly built playground lies 200 metres north of the marina, and the popular Tjolmen beach is just past the bridge from Öckerö. Tie up at the inner floating pontoon and step ashore straight to the café, mini-golf and the exercise trail.
