About the harbour
Automatically summarised text: Automatically summarisedfrom the harbour's website · 27 September 2026Camping & Jachthaven Aduarderzijl is a small marina attached to a mini-campsite, uniquely located on the Aduarderdiep in Groningen, the Netherlands. The Aduarderdiep connects via the Aduarder locks to the well-known Reitdiep, which in turn gives access to the Lauwersmeer and the lakes and canals of Groningen.
The berths are equipped with electricity, and sanitary facilities are available at the campsite.
From the marina you can enjoy an approximately 15-minute crossing on the pedestrian and cycle ferry between Aduarderzijl and Schaphalsterzijl. The area lies in the culturally historic Middag- and Humsterland region, and the LF14 cycle route as well as the Pieterpad hiking trail pass by. There are good opportunities for canoeing, motorboating, and fishing nearby.
The pleasant centre of Groningen is just 15 km away. Tie up at the berth, enjoy the powered mooring, and take the short cycle ride into town or the scenic ferry crossing over the Reitdiep.
